This distinction reinforces our commitment to continue working with our employees and improve the experience of our guests. For us it was important that the course was taught by professionals such as Queer Destinations. From the beginning, all levels of the company were involved in taking the course. Face-to-face courses and workshops were given as well as the availability of online courses. All employees of the property were certified one by one and will continue to be reinforced, as it is a process in constant evolution and constant learning. For Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen it was and is important to continue strengthening our commitment to the community and opening the way for our employees to a world of greater empathy, understanding, diversity and inclusion.
