We are the bridge that connects businesses, institutions, and destinations with the LGBTQ+ segment. Every day, we work to facilitate this connection through our pioneering awareness and training programs, thereby creating safe and inclusive tourism spaces for the community.
Our mission is to create safer and more inclusive spaces within the tourism industry for the LGBTQ+ community. We achieve this through the Queer Destinations Committed distinction, ensuring that every company we work with embraces diversity and creates an environment where all individuals feel valued and respected.
Queer Method
With a presence in 14 countries, our reach extends far and wide. Through our Educational Program, “Hospitality meets Diversity” we have successfully trained over 120,000 tourism professionals for our distinction, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to cater to the needs of LGBTQ+ travelers. Our network of over 300 partners, including brands such as W Hotels, Mexico Travel Group, AVASA, Meliá, UDON, and Marriott, exemplifies our commitment to fostering inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.
With our distinction, we empower companies to adapt their products and ensure a safe environment for all customers, regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity. By training 100% of their employees in our Educational Program, our partners gain the knowledge and expertise to cater to the needs of LGBTQ+ travelers. The program covers everything from the history of the LGBTQ+ community to real-life case studies and best practices for providing the best possible experiences to queer travelers and employees alike.
